This project consists of the construction of a new two story kitchen facility, guest corridors and installation of new building service infrastructure. The entire works were carried out in a live hotel environmental with minimal disruption to existing services. Treysta completed the entire mechanical installation.

This project is situated in the heart of Ireland capital city and involved the refurbishment of a historic Georgian Building to a new Stylish Boutique Hotel. This project included the entire mechanical services to 51 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and Kitchen.
